“Casa Blanca is a private apartment located in one of Alpine's most established neighborhoods just a few blocks away from main street. The apartment is part of a fourplex; with two other vacation rental apartments and one apartment that is rented out on a monthly basis. The layout of the property gives each apartment a great degree of privacy, but also encourages socialization with numerous shared and private outdoor patios and gardens.

The apartment sits at the corner of Phelps and Ave B. The entrance has a private walled courtyard with an outdoor dining table/chairs and a secluded front porch. You enter the apartment through the living room which has ample seating and a sofa that converts to a full size bed. A large TV (with Dish Network) and a selection of movies and games are provided. Just off the living space is the bedroom and a queen size bed with organic linens, 100% cotton coverlet and a down duvet. The main feature of the bedroom is the wall-to-wall closet stocked with fresh towels and plenty of room to unpack. In the kitchen, you will find a full size fridge, gas range, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Dine for two at the breakfast table near the window overlooking the back patio. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination and a lovely seated makeup vanity with a full size mirror. Step out the backdoor onto a patio lined with native cactus and drought-tolerant foliage and meander up the path to the shared laundry. Just down from the laundry room in a corner of the garden you can find the apricot tree. If there's fruit please pick one and enjoy.”
